Family Medicine Residency at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital
The UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital Family Medicine Residency program is a new program that seeks to train full-spectrum physicians to care for our rural population. On-site at UHS CMH, you will be able to complete inpatient rotations, obstetric, and emergency department shifts. Because of our close relationship with the UHS Family Medicine Residency program, you will gain additional experience and a wide-variety of knowledge needed to be a rural family physician. The faculty at CMH Family Medicine are longstanding members of the community, dedicated to providing the support and guidance necessary to help you achieve your professional goals.

I am a graduate of the NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine and the University of Rochester/Highland Family Medicine Residency Program where I served as chief resident. I returned to my hometown to join the faculty at UHS. Professionally, my interests include end-of-life medicine, medical education, women's health, hepatitis C management, and advocacy. In the community I am involved with the local tv/radio station, WSKG, as a member of the community advisory board; and serve as a member of the Mothers & Babies Perinatal Network Board of Directors. In organized medicine, I am a board member of the New York State Academy of Family Physicians, a board member of the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine, and heavily involved in medical societies at the local, state, and national levels. In my spare time I enjoy gardening, cooking, and cross stitching.
