The Sunshine Program is designed to "honor nursing support staff who shine and bring light into other’s lives”. The program recognizes the incredible work that our frontline caregivers do every day. We want to assure that all of our nursing staff know how deserving they are of our respect for the skill they put into their work and for the compassion and caring with which they deliver that care. The nursing support staff positions across the system are our boots on the ground and they make significant contributions to the care, well-being, and safety of our patients every day.
