The UHS Wilson Main Tower is the new “front door” to all UHS Wilson Medical Center clinical services and establishes a new era in quality patient care in the community. With our new Interactive Floor Plan, you can select different areas of the tower to explore the exciting details of each level.
UHS Pharmacy Johnson City is now open at 345 Main St., across the street from the Wilson Main Tower. The new facility serves both UHS patients and the public at large, and offers a 24/7 drive-through option—a first for UHS—plus a pharmacist-led vaccination clinic.

UHS opens 24/7 pharmacy at 345 Main Street in Johnson CityApril 15, 2024The retail pharmacy is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The 11,000-square-foot site is in a beautifully remodeled space formerly occupied by a CVS store, just across the street from the soon-to-open Wilson Main Tower at UHS Wilson Medical Center.
