UHS Health Expo to feature six-time Major Champion and Hall of Fame member Lee Trevino

As a part of the 18th annual DICK’S Open, UHS is proud to present the 2025 UHS Health Expo with Lee Trevino on Wednesday, July 9, starting at 4 p.m., at En-Joie Golf Course in Endicott.

This year’s Expo will feature Mr. Trevino, renowned PGA TOUR Champions professional and member of the World Golf Hall of Fame, in an interview and Q&A session with SiriusXM’s Dave Marr on the 18th green, starting between 6:00 and 6:30 p.m., following the Pro Am.

“We are honored to have Lee Trevino, one of the world's greatest golfers, as the honorary host of our 2025 Expo," said John M. Carrigg, president and chief executive officer of UHS. "Not only is he a champion athlete in every sense, but also a champion of fitness, nutrition, and a positive, never-give-up attitude, leading a life dedicated to wellness."

Prior to Mr. Trevino’s presentation, the public is invited to a free, interactive, walk-through exposition that will feature demonstrations, screenings and health information, in the large white tent above the 18th green, starting at 4 p.m.

Highlights of the Expo will include:

  • Blood pressure screenings
  • Hula hooping sessions for balance improvement 
  • Exercise challenges with clinical experts in sports medicine, orthopedics and physical rehabilitation
  • Healthy smoothie samples and recipes 
  • Giveaways and drawings

At 85 years old, Lee Trevino remains active in golf, playing daily and sharing his expertise with others. In December 2024, he conducted a short game and bunker play clinic at Punta Mita Golf Club in Mexico, engaging attendees with his signature humor and storytelling. He continues to practice daily, spending 90-minutes each morning, focusing on his short game skills at his local golf club. 

The UHS Health Expo with Lee Trevino is free and open to the public.

 In connection with the Expo, UHS will join with the DICK’S Open to host a free Family Fun Night, featuring the movie “Lilo & Stitch,” on Saturday, July 12, at 7:30 p.m., followed by a fireworks display, at En-Joie. 

The 2025 DICK’S Open returns to the En-Joie Golf Course in Endicott, New York, the week of July 7 to 12, with a purse of $2.2 million. All three rounds will be broadcast on the GOLF Channel. For more information on the 2025 DICK’S Open, please visit dsgopen.com.
