Sports Performance Classes

UHS Sports Performance classes are designed to maintain quality of life, mobility and overall strength and conditioning. Our Bone and Joint class places a huge emphasis on reducing the risk of trips and falls are these are the main cause of injuries in the elderly.
Classes are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
