UHS Business Direct is a group of services offered by United Health Services Hospitals designed to meet the specific occupational health needs of employers.

Occupational Medicine can deliver many services on- site at the employers’ location. On-site services generally include an hourly rate for the provider, any additional costs necessary to deliver the service on location, plus mileage.

The UHS Addiction Medicine Department is pleased to offer a variety of outpatient services including substance use disorder assessments, outpatient groups, and medications for opioid and alcohol use disorders.

Opioid Overdose Prevention Training and Linkage to Naloxone (Narcan®) The UHS Addiction Medicine Department runs a New York State Department of Health-certified opioid overdose prevention program.

The UHS Medication for Addiction Treatment Program (methadone clinic) offers cutting-edge medication management and psychosocial treatment to patients 18 years and older with opioid use disorders.

We offer medications for opioid use disorder (Suboxone®, buprenorphine/naloxone, Sublocade®, Brixadi®, and Vivitrol®) and alcohol use disorder (oral naltrexone, Vivitrol®, acamprosate, and Antabuse) in our 10 Mitchell Avenue, Binghamton location.

How Can I Get Help?/Assessment Services We are here to help.  Our team of licensed social workers and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselors meets with patients to determine if they have a substance use disorder.
