People around the country and in the Southern Tier will don something red on Friday, Feb. 3, to call attention to heart disease among women, as the nation observes “Wear Red Day,” part of the “Go Red for Women” awareness campaign.

The UHS Pharmacy at Wilson Place, 52 Harrison St. in Johnson City, is providing around-the-clock pharmacy services. We’re one of the few major retail outpatient pharmacies in Greater Binghamton to offer around-the-clock service, and the closest one to UHS’ hospitals.

With frigid temperatures in the forecast we want to remind our service area that serious health problems can result from prolonged exposure to the cold. Know the signs of frostbite and hypothermia.

Are you due for a Flu, COVID-19 or Shingrix (shingles) vaccine? You can now schedule an appointment online! The UHS Specialty Retail Rx Vaccine Clinic is located at UHS Binghamton General Hospital.

Our new regional medical center in Johnson City will promote improved access to specialty and ambulatory care services and be a community partner in helping to improve the health status of Greater Binghamton residents.
