How "driving pink" this October will benefit UHS breast care patients
September 16, 2022
As Breast Cancer Awareness Month approaches, UHS is thrilled to announce a new partnership with a local auto group that will allow more community members to access our breast care services.
When you "Drive Pink" at Williams Toyota of Binghamton this October, you'll be helping breast care patients in the region access needed services not covered by their insurance, such as breast imaging, medication, post-surgical supplies and diagnostic testing.
“We are very thrilled to welcome Williams Toyota to the Binghamton area, and look forward to partnering with them to support our UHS patients,” said Cory Jacobs, Executive Director of the UHS Foundation. “October is Breast Cancer Month and together we are committed to providing education and support to the women and men of the Southern Tier of New York and the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania.”
“We are excited about a partnership with UHS to support local patients,” said Dalton Williams, Vice President, Williams Auto Group. “Our team at Williams Auto Group is passionate about the community and supporting this initiative. Our goal is to raise $9,000 to help our local community here at UHS.”
How to Drive Pink with Williams Toyota of Binghamton:
- When you buy a new or used car at Williams Toyota of Binghamton, Williams will donate $50 to the UHS Breast Center.
- When you get your vehicle serviced at Williams Toyota of Binghamton, Williams will donate $1 to the UHS Breast Center.
This initiative will run throughout the month of October.
