Clinical Trials

Clinical trials are essential to advancing medical knowledge and improving patient care. At United Health Services Hospitals (UHSH), we conduct clinical trials to evaluate new treatments, technologies, and approaches to care — all while upholding the highest standards of safety, ethics, and patient-centeredness.

Participating in a clinical trial at UHSH gives patients access to promising new therapies and contributes to innovations that benefit our community and beyond.

Why Participate in a Clinical Trial?
  • Access to new treatments before they become widely available
  • Close monitoring by experienced clinical staff
  • Opportunity to contribute to medical progress and help future patients
  • Voluntary participation — patients may leave a study at any time
  • Ethical oversight — all studies are reviewed by the UHSH Institutional Review Board (IRB)
