UHS is proudly celebrating Nursing Week May 4–10, recognizing the outstanding dedication and contributions of our nursing professionals in conjunction with National Nurses Week, observed May 6–12, 2026. Thank you, nurses, for being the heart of UHS!
As the region’s Comprehensive Stroke Center, UHS is joining national efforts to raise awareness about stroke prevention, recognition, and rapid response. Each May, National Stroke Awareness Month serves as a critical reminder that a stroke—also called a “brain attack”—can happen suddenly and without warning.
Join us on Monday, May 11 for a free educational seminar designed for patients considering total joint replacement of the hip or knee, where you'll learn about the procedure, recovery, and what to expect every step of the way. Learn more and register today!
As a part of the 19th annual DICK’S Open, UHS is proud to present the 2026 UHS Health Expo with Ernie Els on Wednesday, June 24, at En-Joie Golf Course in Endicott. Mr. Els, former World No. 1 and member of the World Golf Hall of Fame, will be interviewed by SiriusXM’s Dave Marr.
The UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital Medical Neighborhood Project represents a major step forward in expanding access to high‑quality, patient-centered care in Chenango County. Find construction updates, photos and project timeline information.
