Follow-up Programs Services UHS Occupational Medicine will provide follow-up testing on two frequency levels usually not less than six (6) times per year or more than three (3) times per week. UHS Occupational Medicine charges a per employee/per year fee for this service. -
After Hours Services Services Companies requiring after hours services will be billed an Annual Fee in addition to the fee for service. To access after hours services, the Company must contact the UHS Binghamton General Hospital switchboard at (607) 762-2200. -
Breath Alcohol Testing Services All breath alcohol tests are performed by certified “Breath Alcohol Technicians” and include confirmation of positive results. -
Collection Site Only (DOT and NON-DOT) Services UHS Occupational Medicine may act as the collection site only for drug testing. -
