Follow-up Programs Services UHS Occupational Medicine will provide follow-up testing on two frequency levels usually not less than six (6) times per year or more than three (3) times per week. UHS Occupational Medicine charges a per employee/per year fee for this service. -

Random Programs And Consortium Pools Services UHS Occupational Medicine will provide “computerized randomization services” for drug and/or alcohol testing at the employer’s request. Testing is required at least quarterly to meet federal DOT regulations. -
First Aid Services (Nurse Visit) Services UHS Occupational Medicine will provide First Aid Services and care for injuries sustained at work. The First Aid services will meet the generally accepted medical definition of First Aid and will include the following: -
