Team UHS was active in the community once again this past weekend!

UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital took part in Senior Day at the Chenango County Fair on Thursday, August 8.  Katie Olsen and Dr.

Julia Hunter, MD, MPH, FASAM, Medical Director of UHS Addiction Medicine, was recently named to the American Society for Addiction Medicine (ASAM)’s Board Exam Study Tool faculty.

On Wednesday, August 14, Team UHS attended the Johnson City National Night Out event at the Schorr Family Firehouse Stage.

A program to recognize the care and compassion of extraordinary nurses continues at UHS with Kimberly Reardon, BSN, RN, UHS Wilson Medical Center Intensive Care Unit (ICU), being named the May winner of the DAISY Award!

 

International Overdose Awareness Day is coming up on Saturday, Aug. 31, and is the world’s largest annual campaign to end drug overdoses and remember those who died as a result of overdoses.

On August 15 and 16, UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital hosted 17 local students for the return of Career Day Camp.
