Entrance & Parking Changes
As of Feb 2, the following changes are now in effect:
Access:
- The main entrance (A) will close permanently.
- Patients & visitors will enter through the emergency department entrance (B).
- The ambulance entrance (C) will remain open for emergency vehicles.
Parking:
- The former main entrance lot (A) will be partially fenced off. The remaining spots are available for patient/visitor parking.
- Additional parking is available in the PT / pharmacy lot (D).
- Patients needing a wheelchair or assistance can be dropped off at entrance (B).
DVH Security Officers will be available to guide and assist arriving patients and visitors. We appreciate our community’s understanding and cooperation as we move forward with the Medical Neighborhood Project!
UHS Delaware Valley Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital serving Walton, NY with emergency care and medical clinic services. We offer a wide range of the diagnostic and treatment services, as well as acute care.
Specialized departments within the hospital include a 24-hour emergency care department, the inpatient medical unit with cardiac monitoring beds, walk-in center, outpatient pharmacy, and a physical, occupational, and speech therapy department.
Primary Care Centers in Walton, Downsville and Roscoe complement these services with first rate primary and preventive care close to home. Our staff of board certified, highly qualified physicians and allied health professionals have chosen to bring their skills to a rural area medical clinic in Walton.
