UHS will hold a press conference to make a significant announcement related to nursing excellence. This event will highlight an exciting advancement in support of nursing at UHS and reinforce our commitment to the highest standards of patient care. Please join UHS for a press conference on Wednesday, May 14, starting at 1:00 p.m. at the UHS Wilson Main Tower Lobby in Johnson City, NY.
UHS has a long and proud history of nursing, beginning with the establishment of Binghamton City Hospital in 1888 and the education of generations of nurses through its School of Nursing, which operated from 1896 to 1978.This legacy underscores the importance of continued investment in nursing as a cornerstone of high-quality, compassionate care. The press conference on Wednesday, May 14, starting at 1:00 p.m. at the UHS Wilson Main Tower Lobby. Featured will be UHS President and Chief Executive Officer John Carrigg, Kay Boland, UHS Sr VP/Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer and a UHS Nurse.
Following the press conference, leaders from UHS will be on hand to conduct interviews with media in attendance.
