Bone and Joint Health ClassBone and Joint Health ClassFee$20.00Bone and Joint class is designed to aid the elderly in maintaining quality of life, mobility and overall strength and conditioning. There is a huge emphasis on reducing the risk of trips and falls are these are the main cause of injuries in the elderly.
Classes are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
