United Health Services (UHS) has been recognized as a 2026 CandE Award Winner by the Survale Candidate Experience Benchmark and Awards Program, an honor based on direct feedback from job candidates regarding their hiring experience.
The CandE Awards recognize organizations that demonstrate excellence in candidate experience and a commitment to creating a positive, transparent, and respectful hiring process. This year, 43 companies from around the world were recognized for excellence in candidate experience, receiving a total of 56 CandE Awards.
The Survale CandE Benchmark Research Program is the largest study of its kind, having evaluated responses from more than 2,000 employers and over 1.9 million job seekers since 2011. Award recipients are identified through an analysis of candidate satisfaction survey data collected throughout the hiring process.
UHS extends its gratitude to all candidates who shared their feedback and to the Talent Acquisition team, hiring leaders, and support teams whose efforts contribute to a positive candidate experience.
