UHS Delaware Valley Hospital awarded 5-star cleanliness rating from CMS

UHS Delaware Valley Hospital (UHS-DVH) has been awarded a coveted 5-star rating for cleanliness from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

This distinction places DVH among only 386 hospitals nationwide recognized for excellence in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, according to a recent list published by Becker’s Hospital Review.

The CMS ratings are based on the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey, a national, standardized measure of patient experience during inpatient hospital stays. The most recent surveys were conducted between October 1, 2023, and September 30, 2024, with results updated on August 6.
