UHS Delaware Valley Hospital (DVH) proudly announced Jocelyn Moody as the recipient of the 2025 Sally Dean Award, the hospital’s most prestigious honor recognizing exceptional dedication and service.
Established in memory of Sally Dean, a former DVH nurse whose compassion and commitment set a lasting standard, the award celebrates employees who embody her values of professionalism, kindness, and going above and beyond for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
“Jocelyn exemplifies everything this award stands for,” said DVH President & CEO Rolland “Boomer” Bojo during a presentation on December 17. “Her professionalism and unwavering commitment to helping others make a real difference -- not only for our patients, but for her colleagues and DVH as a whole.”
Jocelyn is the Accounts Receivable Team Lead in DVH’s Finance office, where she has worked for 21 years. Her nomination highlighted her exceptional work ethic and willingness to assist others, whether resolving billing issues quickly and accurately, supporting coworkers through challenges, or serving as a friendly and knowledgeable resource.
Reflecting on the honor, Jocelyn shared: “I was completely surprised to receive this award and am grateful to be part of an organization that values compassion and excellence.”
