The prescriptions you need, at your convenience
With locations in Binghamton, Endicott, Johnson City, Vestal, and Walton, UHS full-service retail pharmacies are open to everyone. We accept prescriptions from any provider and accept most insurance plans.
Conveniently located at 345 Main Street, directly across from the Wilson Main Tower on the UHS Wilson Medical Center campus, the UHS Pharmacy Johnson City is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and features a drive-through service that is available any time of day.
For patients with more complex conditions and treatment needs, the UHS Specialty Pharmacy works closely with your clinical care team to manage medications for your specific treatment plan. Pharmacy liaisons and clinical pharmacists provide ongoing support to address all your prescription needs and check-in regularly to ensure your treatment is effective.

UHS pharmacies also carry a wide range of popular over-the-counter items, so you can stock up on essentials like cough drops, aspirin, and more when picking up a prescription.

When you need laboratory services such as blood, glucose, or drug testing, you can count on UHS. We operate conveniently located patient centers for laboratory services across the region, offering a modern clinical laboratory combined with comprehensive clinical and anatomical pathology services.
Your physician must write an order for any laboratory service you need. As a patient, you have the right to choose any laboratory in your area. The accredited laboratories at UHS deliver excellent care and high-quality results. Our lab service centers offer quick and easy registration, and no appointments are needed for routine tests. Specialized testing may require an appointment or a visit to a UHS laboratory at one of our four UHS hospitals.
Our clinical laboratories at UHS Wilson Medical Center and UHS Binghamton General Hospital are open 24/7 to deliver accurate and timely analysis for everything from basic blood tests to complex pathologic studies. Our highly qualified team uses sophisticated lab analytics to help diagnose and treat diseases and injuries.
Our Lab Services team can conduct hundreds of different tests at our local laboratories. For those tests not performed in-house, we partner with the Mayo Clinic to provide expanded capabilities and expert consultation – bringing advanced diagnostics close to home.
UHS recently introduced a new digital feature designed to make your laboratory visits faster, easier, and more convenient. Patients can now use the “On My Way” feature in MyChart to save a spot in line for a time later that same day. This feature is currently available for UHS lab services at UHS Wilson Medical Center and in Endicott, Vestal, and Upper Front Street, with additional locations to be added in the coming months.
