Bone and Joint Health Class

Bone and Joint class is designed to aid the elderly in maintaining quality of life, mobility and overall strength and conditioning. There is a huge emphasis on reducing the risk of trips and falls are these are the main cause of injuries in the elderly.
Classes are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
