Ear, Nose and Throat

Area students will once again have an opportunity to explore careers in healthcare through a unique summer program hosted by UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital. The Career Days camp, hosted annually by UHS Chenango Memorial with support from the Otis Thompson Foundation, is a two-day, hands-on career exploration program designed for students entering grades 8 through 12.

A program to recognize the care and compassion of extraordinary nurses continues at UHS with Audriann Campbell, RN, Main Tower 4, UHS Wilson Medical Center, being named the most recent winner of the DAISY Award! Audriann was recognized and presented with the award for the achievement and enjoyed cinnamon rolls, a symbolic treat in honor of Patrick Barnes, whose experience inspired the award.

The George A. and Margaret Mee Charitable Foundation will support the Enhance Delaware Valley Hospital Capital Campaign with a grant of $500,000.

On Friday, June 12, Team UHS rolled up their sleeves to beautify UHS campuses for the 2nd annual UHS Day of Action. Teams got an early start to beat the heat, which allowed for a productive and impactful morning of action.
