UHS has introduced a new digital feature designed to make laboratory visits faster, easier, and more convenient for patients. Patients can now use MyChart’s “On My Way” to save your spot in line for a future time that day. This feature is currently available at for UHS lab services in Endicott, Vestal, and Upper Front Street.
These enhanced capabilities allow patients to view current wait times, reserve a spot in line, and streamline their check‑in process — all from our website. The new “On My Way” feature gives patients the ability to notify Laboratory Services before they arrive, reducing time spent in the waiting room and allowing staff to better prepare for incoming patients. Upon arrival, patients must check in with registration.
