UHS was proud to bring its annual Health Expo to the DICK’S Open at En-Joie Golf Club on Wednesday, June 24.
At the free, walk-through event, various UHS teams from a wide variety of service lines enjoyed a beautiful afternoon connecting with community members to provide health information, screenings, demonstrations and activities, giveaway items, raffle prizes, and more.
The event concluded with an interview and Q&A on the 18th green with golf pro Corey Pavin, who spoke with SiriusXM host Dave Marr about his life and career, and what makes En-Joie and the DICK’S Open so special. Mr. Pavin’s career accomplishments include 28 professional victories worldwide, 15 PGA Tour wins, and a memorable victory at the 1995 U.S. Open.
What’s next
UHS, in partnership with the DICK’S Open, will host a free Family Fun Night at En-Joie, featuring the Pixar movie “Cars,” followed by a fireworks display, on Saturday, June 27, at 7:30 pm. The family-friendly event is free and open to the public.
The first 1,000 UHS employees to show their badges at a specified table at the front gate after 6 pm will receive a $10 food voucher redeemable at the concession stands at En-Joie.
