Independent-Living Apartments at Ideal Square
- 33 private, one- or two-bedroom units
- Included in rental package: waitered evening meal in dining room, monthly housekeeping, utilities (including basic cable TV service), transportation, activities and care management
- Optional meal service available from which you may select one or two additional meals per day
- Each unit has a modern kitchen, large bathrooms with a walk-in shower, and emergency call systems in the bedrooms and bathroom
- Organized social activities
- Laundry facilities available on each floor
- Free, scheduled transportation to shopping and appointments
Endicott Assisted Living/Adult Care Rooms
- 70 beds - 35 assisted and 35 adult care, private or semiprivate
- Included in rental package: housekeeping, laundry services and personal care
- Each unit has a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, basic cable TV service and an emergency call system
- Three full meals each day
- Physical assistance available 24 hours a day, seven days a week

Skilled Nursing Care
- 150 bed facility, offering bright, homelike semiprivate and private units
- Full-time registered nurse and medical staff provide care 24 hours a day, seven days a week

- Short-stay rehab program to assist in gaining independence after illness or injury (for example, hip or knee surgery, stroke)
- Qualified physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologist and social workers

Short-Term Rehabilitation
UHS Senior Living at Ideal is a Medicare and Medicaid certified facility that offers a short-term, intensive rehabilitation program to assist you in regaining your independence after illness, surgery or injury. The program, which aims to get patients back home as quickly and safely as possible, provides the following services and accommodations:
- Bright, home-like private rooms
- Certified, full-time geriatrician and geriatric nurse practitioner on site
- Full-time registered nurse and medical staff who provide care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Physical Therapy services from licensed physical therapists and physical therapy assistants are provided up to 6 days a week to help you regain your strength and independence
- Occupational Therapy services up to 6 days per week to promote independence and perform Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL)
- Speech/Swallow therapy services up to 5 days per week to improve cognition and swallow function
- FEES (Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing) provided by a credentialed Speech Language Pathologist to assess and diagnose swallowing difficulties
- Daily recreational activities including crafts, parties, music and inter-generational programs
- Assistance from a registered dietitian to create nutritious meal plans that meet personal preferences
- Full-time administrative staff to schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate transportation
- Contracted with most insurances including but not limited to Medicare, United Healthcare, Aetna, MVP
- Dedicated case manager to assist with safe discharge to the community with referrals to available resources
- Family or caregiver education by qualified professionals for safe transition from program
