Biography

Andrew Long, M.S., CSCS, SCCC, RSCC, USAW, USATF, FMS 

Andrew joined UHS Sports Performance in August of 2016, and is currently directing the strength and conditioning program at Union Endicott High School. In this role, Andrew is responsible for developing and coordinating performance programs for the student-athletes for all 20 high school sports teams as well as managing the weight room facility. In addition, he runs performance groups at the UHS Vestal Physical Therapy Sports Performance Facility. Prior to working with UHS, Andrew was employed by the University of Mississippi in Oxford. While at Ole Miss, Andrew served as both the men and women’s cross country and women’s rifle team strength and conditioning coach and assisted with the Rebels’ baseball, softball and track and field programs. Additional work experience includes, time spent working with Student-Athletes at Baylor University and Liberty University as a member of their strength and conditioning program.
