On Sunday, September 20, 2026, from 1 to 5 p.m., the Mended Hearts community invites heart patients, caregivers, family members, friends, healthcare professionals, and supporters to come together at Otsiningo Park's South Pavilion for an afternoon of connection, encouragement, and fun.

Imagine a day spent strolling through the park, sharing stories with people who understand your experiences, and building new friendships in a welcoming and supportive environment. Families can enjoy games and activities, while attendees learn more about the hope, education, and peer support that Mended Hearts provides to those affected by heart disease.
