Empty Bowls at UHS Wilson Medical Center

Support Empty Bowls on Tuesday, April 21 on the 3rd floor in the Gateway Building on the UHS Wilson Medical Center Campus from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm!

Come and enjoy this annual delicious buffet lunch that supports the Southern Tier Food Bank and the UHS Foundation STOP Hunger Fund.

Back by popular demand! Shuttle service to and from Lewis Road for both days! The shuttle will be positioned at the front entrance of the Lewis Road facility for staff pick‑up. The shuttle schedule is as follows for both days:

From Lewis Road to Event- 11:30 am, noon, 12:30 pm & 1 pm
From Event back to Lewis Road- 11:45 am, 12:15 pm, 12:45 pm, 1:15 pm & 1:45 pm

Lunch will feature Chicken & Waffles with a side of Coleslaw- Sweet or Spicy Chicken, Belgian Pearl Sugar Waffles, with choice of syrups, sauces, butters, bacon and berries! Or choose, a Tossed Spring Grain Salad with either Chicken Spiedies, Seasoned Shrimp, or Marinated Grilled Tofu, plus choice of toppings and dressing. As always, enjoy one of the savory soup options, fresh fruit and desserts! All generously donated by Compass!  

Participants will be able to select a beautifully handcrafted pottery bowl provided by our wonderful friends at Roberson Museum Clayworks!

The cost is $25. Registration for the event can be done online here: 2026 Empty Bowls online registration form OR you can fill out the form, attached here and return with check to the UHS Foundation, 10-42 Mitchell Avenue, Binghamton, NY 13903. Please make checks payable to the UHS Foundation.

No physical ticket required. Once payment is received, you will get an email confirmation of reservation. On the date of event, come to your chosen location and check in at the registration table.
