Mended Hearts

UHS Heart & Vascular Services will host a meeting of the local Mended Hearts chapter on the 2nd Tuesday of every other month from 5:15-6:15pm.

On Tuesday, November 10, join us for a relaxing evening with Linda Kobus, MS, C-IAYT, RYT 500 from Inner-Shine Yoga Therapy. During this gentle sound experience, you’ll be surrounded by the soothing tones and vibrations if singing bowls, chimes, shells, and other acoustic instruments. These healing frequencies work together to reduce stress, quiet a busy mind, and ease physical tension.

Mended Hearts is a patient support group that offers hope and educates patients about cardiovascular health and empowers them as they manage a heart-healthy lifestyle.

The meeting will be held at the UHS Heart & Vascular Institute, 30 Harrison St. (enter via Hudson Street), Johnson City. Take the elevator to the second floor, enter the office and proceed left to the waiting room.
