Diabetes Support Group at UHS Delaware Valley Hospital

Join us on the first Tuesday of every month, at 1pm, for a free informative session focused on living well with diabetes.

Anyone living with diabetes, caregivers, family members, or those simply seeking support and education is welcome to join the support group sessions at UHS Primary Care Walton, 2 Titus Place, Walton.

Let’s learn, share, and support each other in a safe and friendly environment. Each session features a guest speaker covering a variety of diabetes-related topics—from nutrition and exercise to medication management and emotional wellness.
