What’s Your Grief?
To put it simply, this website is about grief. That probably sounds oversimplified, but grief is a complex topic. Grief is an emotional, logistical, and existential nightmare. It requires us to navigate life without someone important, deal with overwhelming thoughts and feelings and find ways to function in a world turned on its head. What’s your grief seeks to help people explore ideas, experiences, and concepts related to grief, coping, and life after loss. Browse our library of resources for online courses, books, helpful blog posts, and more.
Transformative Grief
We don’t often get to decide if or when we grieve, but we can choose how we grieve. Grief work is hard work. The hardest. It takes guts, courage, vulnerability and openness to allow ourselves to be meaningfully transformed by our grief. The Transformative Grief website strives to reach you where you are in your grief experience; to validate, encourage and empower you to live with, grow through, and ultimately become transformed by your grief. With helpful articles, strategies, recommended readings and quotes, this website can be helpful in your grief journey.
