If you're here for a medication refill, please start a UHS Virtual Walk-In visit now.  Please have your prescription bottles ready for review by our team. Please note, we are unable to prescribe controlled substances virtually. If you require a refill for controlled substance, you may visit a UHS Walk-In Center to be seen in person.

UHS Virtual Walk-In

A real-time, on-screen visit with a United Health Services physician or advanced practice provider. Contact us to learn more about our URAC-accredited Virtual Walk-In offered in Binghamton and all surrounding areas.

UHS Virtual PrEP

We are now offering virtual visits to start your Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV prevention.

UHS Virtual Provider Care

If you'd like to schedule a virtual appointment with your UHS provider, please call your provider's office. He or she will determine if a visit through our UHS Virtual Provider Care program is right for you. For patients who don't have high speed internet or a device with a camera, your provider may decide if a voice-only telephone call may be appropriate to provide you with care.

UHS Hospital Care at Home

A virtual visit with a provider and a care navigation phone call. Some patients may also receive in-person visits during the day from an RN or paramedic.

UHS Virtual Walk-In receives URAC Telehealth Accreditation

URAC’s telehealth accreditation standards were developed in consultation with leading experts in the telehealth industry, including representatives from healthcare providers, technology firms, consumer organizations, insurers, and academics. Industry best practices were identified in areas such as quality and coordination of care, access, safety, systems integrity and reliability, consumer protection and empowerment, and regulatory compliance.
