UHS Home Care is comprised of UHS Professional Home Care (PHC) and UHS Twin Tier Home Health (TTHH).
UHS Professional Home Care helps patients remain in their homes by providing dependable home health equipment that improves their quality of life, as well as security and peace of mind for their families. UHS Twin Tier Home Health is Medicare certified and licensed by the New York State Department of Health to provide a comprehensive array of home health care services including nursing care; physical, occupational and speech therapy; nutritional services and more.
