UHS wellness seminar will help you make the most out of summer produce and farmer’s markets
Have you ever been to a farmers market and been completely overwhelmed by all of the options? Are you unsure of what is in season and what is not?
If so, consider joining UHS chefs Jim and Tom, clinical dietitians Kelly and Marisa and clinical nutrition manager Jaclyn for an interactive seminar that will help you make the most out of summer produce and farmers markets.
They will be preparing a few dishes utilizing fresh fruits and vegetables from our local farmer’s markets to make healthy, refreshing and new recipes!
This free Seminar will take place on Wednesday, June 6 at 6:00 p.m. at the UHS Stay Healthy Center in the Oakdale Mall.
There is no charge for this seminar but registration is required as seating is limited.
