Power and phone service restored at UHS offices

There was a wide-spread power outage in Broome County Thursday afternoon that impacted the UHS Chenango Bridge Walk-In and the UHS Primary Care Upper Front Street locations.

All operations were back to normal by 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
