Dr. Koa has joined fellow providers Dr. Kristina Hummer, and Dr. Ma Khin Khin Win in the Norwich practice.  Dr. Kao commented on her excitement to join the team and the community, “I love the four seasons and this Central New York area has exactly what I am looking for, a great community atmosphere and a solid team to work with.  I am excited to meet new patients and become part of their lives.”
