Alyssa MacIntosh joins the Women's Health Center in Norwich
Local Physician Assistant Joins Chenango’s Women’s Health Center.
UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital announces a new physician assistant has joined the UHS Women’s Health Center in Norwich. Alyssa MacIntosh RPA-C, is the newest member of this office situated on the hospital’s first floor. She joins OB/GYN providers Dr. Timothy Corey, and Dr. Phyllis White.
Alyssa received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Physician Assistant studies degrees from Marywood University in Scranton, PA. She was born at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital, went to Norwich High School, and now returns to this community.
Alyssa said “I am excited to have this opportunity close to my home, to work with professionals that I respect, and to do something that I know makes a difference in peoples’ lives. I love the area and plan to use my local knowledge to help whenever I can.” Chris Kisacky, Vice President of Operations at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital commented, “It isn’t very often that we get a home grown professional like Alyssa, but when we do, you can see the determination in their eyes. She has impressed me since the first time we met and I know she will make a positive difference in the local community.”
