  • Clinical questions: (607) 763-5555, 8:00am – 8:00pm, 7 days a week 
  • Technical questions: (607) 763-8198, 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

All inquiries that come in after hours, on a weekend or a holiday will be addressed the next business day. If you need help with your username or password, click on the “Need help with your username and password” link and follow the on-screen instructions.
