UHS is updating and expanding the advantages of our Community Patient Portal!

For a limited time, the below link is available to access the myUHS Portal.

On September 12, 2020 UHS will launch UHS MyChart where you will be able to:

  • View your diagnoses, medications, immunizations, and most lab and test results.
  • Easily submit corrections/additions to your medications and allergies; once approved by your provider, these updates automatically appear in your electronic chart.
  • Request appointments and prescription renewals.
  • Securely and confidentially communicate with your health care team.
  • Pay bills for all services at UHS system members.
  • Grant access to MyChart to other adults via proxy access, as well as export portions of your chart to bring to other healthcare institutions.
