Clayton Wilson

Clayton Wilson, MS, CSCS, USAWSPC

Biography

Clayton Wilson currently works as a Strength and Conditioning coach with UHS Sports Performance in a variety of roles but primarily assisting with the UHS Sports Performance Bridge Program. Prior to working with UHS, Clayton has had a strength and conditioning role at a variety of levels including 10 years working with professional baseball organizations, and in the collegiate setting. In addition, Clayton was a Track and Field throws Coach for Texas A&M University of Kingsville and later with Connecticut College in New London, Connecticut. During this time, he coached 2 NCAA Division II National Champions and 6 All-Americans. Clayton has interest in training many different age groups including youth and children with disabilities and also works as an educator in Special Education. Clayton is a graduate of Texas A&M University of Kingsville with a Bachelors’ degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Health.  He received his Graduate Degree from California University of Pennsylvania in Exercise Science with a focus in Corrective Exercise.
