This one-night class is designed for the woman who has chosen to breastfeed her baby or for the woman who is undecided about what feeding method is right for her. Prenatal preparation, getting started in the hospital and prevention of common problems will be discussed. Other topics include breast pumps, expressing breast milk and practical strategies for continuing to breastfeed when returning to work.

- This class is free to attend.
- Registration for this class can be done by website submission only.
- Attendees are welcome to bring one guest to this class.
Class will be held on the second floor of UHS Vestal, 4417 Vestal Parkway East, in the Pediatric waiting area. The location is elevator accessible.
