Registration Details

This is a free program for female UHS employees. This is a 12 hour course that will take place over 2 days.    Please arrive 10 minutes before start of class.

Description

Binghamton University's Police Department will teach Rape Aggression Defense, a physical self defense class for women only. RAD is a nationally recognized class that teaches risk reduction techniques and basic physical self-defense techniques.  Techniques will be modified to work with anyone concerned about age or current injuries or disabilities.  Please wear comfortable clothing, sneakers and no jewelry.  Bring a water bottle and lunch each day.  This program is for UHS employees only.  Registration is limited.  This is a 12 hour course that will take place over two days.  You must attend both day.
