Description

UHS Hospitals is offering free monthly seminars on healthy eating, active living and wellness. Programs are free. Each month a different health and wellness topic will be presented by health care professionals. Focus of the seminars will be on common goals for health and well-being. Healthy living advice and tips will be offered to participants. Seating is limited. Registration is required.

Topic this month: Meet the UHS UroGynecology Team

Leaky bladder affects many women of all ages and can interfere with daily life.  Join Dr. Barbara Wiseman and the UHS UroGynecology Team for a discussion on causes of stress incontinence, leaky bladder.  What can you do about it and do Kegels work?  This is a unique opportunity not only to meet Dr. Wiseman and her team but there will also be time for audience questions.

Behavioral modification techniques as well as treatments only a medical provider can offer will be discussed.  The sling controversy will be included in this presentation.
