Residency Family MedicineOur Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with RRA Program has been in existence since 1994. We offer three positions each year in our CPME approved Residency Program. Our goal is to challenge our residents with a strong balance between hands-on clinical and surgical experience, in-depth didactic learning and an exceptional quality of life.

The program provides training in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of a full-range of foot and ankle conditions. You will have the opportunity to work in an office setting directly supervised by Board Certified Podiatric Physicians. You will be exposed to hospital and clinic-based management of patients. The training program provides a diversity of operative forefoot, rear foot and ankle procedures and development of surgical skills and techniques under the direct supervision of Board Certified Podiatric, Vascular and Plastic Surgeons.

Welcome to the Podiatric Residency Website. Our goal is to equip you with all the necessary tools to have a successful practice and career.

Our Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with RRA program provides the training and resources to facilitate the podiatry residents' achievement of the competencies outlined in the standards and requirements of the CPME.

As a resident, you will be exposed to all aspects of medicine and work side-by-side with osteopathic and allopathic residents. The training includes Emergency Room call/trauma, hospital admissions and inpatient care, as well as private office rotations, resident-based clinics with attending supervision, extensive didactic studies (including hands on cadaver labs) and exposure to other non-podiatric specialties.

The core of podiatry faculty are committed to teaching and to the success of the resident. The attendings are diverse in their training and approaches which adds a unique aspect to this program.
