First Southern Tier baby of 2020 born at UHS Wilson
The Southern Tier’s first baby of the new year and new decade was born at UHS Wilson Medical Center very early on New Year’s Day.
Mallory Mooney arrived at 1:42 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2020, weighing in at eight pounds, 2.7 ounces.
She was 21 inches long at birth.
Mallory is the daughter of Lindsey and Luke Mooney of Binghamton, and she has a big sister, Makenzi, 12.
In recognition of Mallory’s historic arrival, the Mooney family received a gift basket from UHS and another one from her nurses at UHS Wilson.
