Russell Farms Farmers' Market returning to UHS Hospitals

Russell-Farms-LogoWe are excited to partner with Russell Farms to provide our great staff an opportunity to have a farmers' market come to our doorstep.

Russell Farms will be at the following locations:

  • Friday, July 20 – UHS Binghamton General Hospital at the Cafeteria from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday, July 27 – UHS Wilson Medical Center in the Harrison Street Lobby from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Farmers' market items to be featured are as follows:

  • carrots
  • green and yellow squash
  • lettuce
  • spring mix

  • jams/jellies
  • fresh fruit homemade pies
  • fresh ground nut butters

Russell Farms was established in 1982 as a family owned first generation retail farm market. It started in Montrose Pa as a roadside table and blossomed into a premier u-pick apple orchard and farm in Brackney PA with retail farm market locations in Montrose, Brackney, Vestal and Apalachin. They specialize in daily fresh picked fruits and vegetables direct from the farm. Operations include fresh pressed cider, CSA (Community-Supported Agriculture) program, full service scratch bakery, jams and jellies, fresh ground peanut butter, garden center and nursery.
