UHS opens Walk-In Center on Robinson Street

UHS has opened its fourth Walk-In Center in Greater Binghamton.

UHS Walk-In Robinson Street is located at 160 Robinson St. on Binghamton’s East Side, sharing a building with UHS Primary Care Robinson Street.

The facility is in a portion of the Weis plaza, and was renovated within the past two years with the express purpose of accommodating both primary care and walk-in services.

The center will be open initially from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and is expected to add extended evening hours within a few weeks.

The walk-in service will be staffed by UHS Hospitals’ team of walk-in providers, and has lab-draw capabilities and on-site X-ray.

The phone number is 296-2222.

UHS provides three other walk-in centers in Broome County: UHS Walk-In Vestal at 4417 Vestal Parkway East, UHS Walk-In Endicott at 1302 Main St. and UHS Walk-In Chenango Bridge at 91 Chenango Bridge Road.

UHS is a locally owned, not-for-profit hospital and healthcare system serving Greater Binghamton and surrounding counties. Founded in 1981, UHS provides a full range of medical, surgical, rehabilitative and long-term care services throughout New York’s Southern Tier.
